We prepare rental value appraisals to determine market-based rental prices for commercial and residential properties. In determining rents, local market knowledge is essential. Based on our long-standing experience, we determine leasing prices for commercial properties nationwide in Germany. With regards to determining rental prices of residential properties, we focus on the regions of Stuttgart and Frankfurt, in which we have many years of experience.
