In order to secure financing transactions, we create mortgage lending value appraisals according to §16 of the German Pfandbriefgesetz (PfandBG) for financial institutions such as banks, insurance companies, and Bausparkassen (building societies). We check properties’ mortgage eligibility on the basis of strict requirements from the German banking supervisory body (Beleihungswertermittlungsverordnung; BelWertV).

The BelWertV sets rules for appraisers regarding qualifications, experience, and independence. Our firm has appraisers that are certified according to the standards of the German Real Estate Academy (DIA) and The European Group of Valuers‘ Associations (TeGOVA) as Recognised European Valuer.
