The real estate appraisal firm Dr. Timmer GmbH, based in Stuttgart, Germany, provides real estate appraisals of German and international properties. We advise both business and private clients. As certified surveyors we create independent appraisals for our clients. We use our network of architects, engineers, lawyers, and management experts to support us.

Competences

We prepare appraisals for all types of real estate assets, such as commercial properties, logistics properties, and special-purpose assets, both located in Germany and abroad. With regards to the appraisal of residential properties our focus is on the regions of Stuttgart and Frankfurt and the surrounding districts.
